Creative Metal Products offers the latest in 3D Modeling and Machining technology to produce original tile designs

Creative Metal Products LLC has equipped its Hollywood, Florida facility with the very latest in a numerically controlled router system (CNC) and 3D modeling software from Delcam LLC. This software combined with the machining capabilities, positions the company ahead of it’s competition who have not yet embraced this latest technology. Creative Metalized Products is now able to accept a design concept in many different forms such as a photographs, computer generated line drawing in almost any format, or even a pencil sketch on the back of napkin. From there our technicians can import it into the software where the "virtual" product is modeled. Once the "virtual" model is completed, it is rendered in 3D, with a metal color for the clients review. This all can all be accomplished by email. Once approved the model is converted into G code (tool path) and is sent to the 3 axis router. The router operator then machines the part out of materials such as synthetic wax, polycarbonate, high density foam etc. Once this master is machined and tweaked by hand, a silicone mold is poured and a prototype part is cast. If this meets approval, a master mold with several cavities is poured and production begins. The design potential is endless, in fact, "OUR ONLY LIMITATION IS OUR CLIENT’S IMAGINATION!" We are all very excited about offering this capability to the market.

This unique process along with the metal finishes offered, will also allow Creative Metal to produce a wide range of products, from tile to entire building facades and for potential private label commissions that were not thought possible before.
